Kat is the owner of Tacoma Dance Studios LLC since 2017 and a professional belly dancers since 2009. TDS’s mission statement is: Providing a community for adults to learn, grow, and dance At TDS they offer a large variety of classes including; belly dance, yoga, ballet, hip hop, salsa, bachata, zumba, and more.

Kat has produced multiple dance shows since 2015. Her monthly hafla, the Tacoma Belly Dance Revue, showcases dancers from the Pacific Northwest and is now into a successful 5th year. She has also hosted “Homes for the Holiday’s” an animal rescue benefit, “Fables” an extraordinary collection of fairy tales represented by belly dancers, "8 Bit" a video game themed dance show, and "Horrific: A Night of Horror Themed Belly Dance". Branching out, she began producing Dracula: Alternative Dance Theatre in 2023 with great success.
